Aaron Nesmith Downgraded To Out Wednesday
Indiana Pacers guard Aaron Nesmith (illness) will sit Wednesday's game against the New York Knicks. Nesmith popped up on the injury report with a non-COVID illness before being ruled out Wednesday. T.J. McConnell and Andrew Nembhard should see an immediate boost in playing time. Benedict Mathurin should also see a slight increase to his usage rate.

Indiana Pacers guard/forward Aaron Nesmith (foot) hasn't been able to shake off a questionable tag ahead of Monday's game against New Orleans. The former Boston man is been carrying a sore right foot and has missed three games because of it. Nesmith hasn't done a lot in his first few games in Indianapolis, but the team could really use him right now, with Chris Duarte (ankle) having dropped out of the lineup for at least four weeks. Bennedict Mathurin has benefited from Indiana's injuries and could now start his first career game Monday night.
