    Robert Woods Returns To Practice

Tennessee Titans wide receiver Robert Woods (illness) returned to practice on Thursday after sitting out on Wednesday due to an illness. Woods was able to put in a full practice on Thursday, so he should be just fine to play in Week 15 against the Los Angeles Chargers. Rookie Treylon Burks (concussion) hasn't practiced this week and is trending toward missing his second straight game, so Woods and Nick Westbrook-Ikhine should see some added targets on Sunday. The 30-year-old Woods had five catches on seven targets for 49 yards in the Week 14 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars with Burks out. He'll have more WR4/flex appeal in deep leagues if Burks is inactive again, but Woods has only one touchdown in 2022 and very little upside in this run-first offense.

Robert Woods Sits Out With Illness

Tennessee Titans wide receiver Robert Woods (illness) didn't practice on Wednesday because of an illness. Woods is a bit under the weather to begin the practice week, but as long as he's able to get back on the practice field before the weekend, he should have a good shot at playing in Week 15 against the Los Angeles Chargers. The 30-year-old had one of his better games of the year in last week's loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars, catching five of his seven targets for 49 yards. Although he has seen at least seven targets in five games in 2022, Woods has gone over 50 receiving yards just twice this year and has found the end zone only once (back in Week 4). When he's active, Woods is a low-upside WR4/flex in Tennessee's run-first offense.

    Titans Restructure Robert Woods' Contract

The Tennessee Titans restructured the contract of wide receiver Robert Woods on Tuesday by converting his base salary into a signing bonus, creating $2.6 million in salary cap space. The Titans were tight to the salary cap before the move. Fantasy managers were hoping for more production from Woods as the Titans' No. 1 receiver this year, but the 30-year-old veteran has produced only 32 receptions on 56 targets for 351 yards and one touchdown in 11 games in his first year in Tennessee's run-first offense. Woods has mostly been a short-area target for quarterback Ryan Tannehill, and he lacks any real upside on a weekly basis in this offense as a WR4/flex for fantasy managers.
