Jalen Ramsey Needs Another Shoulder Surgery
Los Angeles Rams cornerback Jalen Ramsey (shoulder) said he could play many more weeks and feel fine, but he will need to undergo a second shoulder to fix the other AC joint that he injured in 2021. Ramsey underwent surgery on his left shoulder over the summer to fix the same issue and will now have a procedure on the other side after trying to heal it without surgery. "To me, that's nothing major," Ramsey said. "It is what it is. Going to get right, and we'll go from there." The 28-year-old five-time Pro Bowler played in all 17 games for the Rams in 2022 and finished with a career-high 88 tackles (64 solo), two sacks, four tackles for loss, a career-high-tying four interceptions, 18 passes defensed, two forced fumbles and a fumble recovery, so he played just fine through his shoulder issues.

Los Angeles Rams defensive back Jalen Ramsey (shoulder) is expected to suit up in Week 1, according to head coach Sean McVay. The organization believes that the superstar defensive back will be ready for their Thursday night matchup against the Buffalo Bills. Ramsey has been limited to individual drills throughout the preseason. Having Ramsey back on the field is a huge boost to this Rams defense. Fantasy managers shouldn't have to worry about Ramsey needing to shake off the rust.
