D.J. Chark Removed From Injury Report
Detroit Lions wide receiver D.J. Chark (ankle) doesn't carry an injury designation for the Thanksgiving game against the Buffalo Bills. He returned to action after a six-game absence last Sunday against the Giants. The 26-year-old logged 10 snaps and didn't catch a pass in the Week 11 win. He has seven catches for 98 yards and a touchdown over four games in 2022. Chark is expected to be the Lions' secondary target behind star Amon-Ra St. Brown and could see an uptick in targets if Josh Reynolds (back) doesn't suit up against the Bills. Fantasy managers can use Chark in deep-league formats, but the former Jaguar has eclipsed 50 receiving yards just once this season.

The 26-year-old hasn't played since Week 3, so even if he's active this Sunday, he won't be a recommended fantasy play with the Lions likely easing him back into the game plan. Josh Reynolds (back) has missed the last two games, and Chark should eventually return to being the No. 2 next to Amon-Ra St. Brown, so he's worth a waiver-wire pickup in deeper leagues. Before his injury, Chark caught seven of his 18 targets for 98 yards and one touchdown.

The Detroit Lions have placed wide receiver DJ Chark (ankle) on Injured Reserve. Chark is dealing with an ankle injury that has kept him sidelined for the past three weeks. Amon-Ra St. Brown now seems to be fully healthy coming out of the team's Week 6 bye and Josh Reynolds (knee), although questionable to suit up on Sunday, has been very productive this season. With Chark set to miss at least the next four games, Reynolds should be rostered in all fantasy formats and Kalif Raymond is worth a look in deeper leagues.

Last week's bye apparently wasn't enough to get Chark back onto the field, so his next chance to play for Detroit will come in Week 8 against the Miami Dolphins. Josh Reynolds (ankle) is also questionable for Sunday's game, so if he cannot go, Kalif Raymond and Tom Kennedy would be vaulted into bigger roles in the passing game behind Amon-Ra St. Brown. However, he'll still have two more days to practice before Sunday's Week 7 clash with the Dallas Cowboys on the road. Depending on the health of Amon-Ra St. Brown (ankle), Kalif Raymond, Quintez Cephus and Tom Kennedy could see more opportunities in the passing attack again this weekend behind Josh Reynolds if Chark misses another game.
