  • Cedrick Wilson Jr. Inactive For Week 4

Miami Dolphins wide receiver Cedrick Wilson Jr. (ribs, toe) is inactive for the Thursday night matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals. The 26-year-old has two receptions for 20 yards through the first three games. It doesn't sound like he was going to make much of an impact anyway. The expectation is that Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle (groin) will get a majority of the targets. It's tough to trust any other wideouts on this roster outside of them.

  • Jaylen Waddle, Cedrick Wilson Jr. Questionable

Miami Dolphins wide receivers Jaylen Waddle (groin) and Cedrick Wilson Jr. (ribs, toe) are both listed as questionable to play on Thursday night against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 4. Waddle was listed as a DNP on Monday's estimated practice report before being limited the last two days. Wilson has been listed as limited all week. Fantasy managers will need to check back before Thursday's contest, but as long as Waddle is active, he's a must-start in fantasy lineups. He has three touchdowns through three weeks and has racked up 15 receptions on 25 targets for 273 yards and one TD in the last two games. If one or both of Waddle and Wilson were to sit out, Tyreek Hill would be heavily targeted, while rookie Erik Ezukanma and Trent Sherfield would have bigger roles in the passing attack.

  • Cedrick Wilson Jr. Active Against Bills

Miami Dolphins wide receiver Cedrick Wilson Jr. (ribs, toe) is officially active for Week 3 against the Buffalo Bills after he was initially listed as questionable to play. Running back Myles Gaskin will be a healthy scratch for the second straight week. Wilson will continue to serve as the team's distant No. 3 receiver behind studs Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle, who both went off in last week's win over the Baltimore Ravens. The 26-year-old has just two catches on three targets for 20 yards through his first two games in Miami, so he should remain on the waiver wire in most leagues. Miami is facing a beat up Buffalo secondary this Sunday, but Wilson is likely to remain off the fantasy radar.

  • Cedrick Wilson Jr. Likely To Be Game-Time Decision

Miami Dolphins wide receiver Cedrick Wilson Jr. (ribs) is likely to be a game-time decision in Week 3 against the Buffalo Bills. "Ced wants to play. We want him to play," head coach Mike McDaniel said. "We will take that up until game time." The good news is that Wilson will get some work in at Friday's practice, giving him a chance to suit up for the big divisional clash. He's been a distant No. 3 receiver behind Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle through the first two weeks, catching only two passes on three targets for 20 yards. If the 26-year-old isn't given the green light to play this weekend, Trent Sherfield and Erik Ezukanma will battle for targets as the No. 3 Dolphins wideout.

  • Cedrick Wilson Jr. Practicing In Non-Contact Jersey

Miami Dolphins wide receiver Cedrick Wilson Jr. (ribs) was seen wearing a red non-contact jersey at Wednesday's practice. The former Cowboy exited Miami's Week 2 win against the Baltimore Ravens early after a rib injury. Wilson practicing early on is a good sign, but there is still a chance that he fails to suit up. With Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle seeing a large majority of the Dolphins' receiving work, Wilson's possible absence shouldn't be impactful for any fantasy football league.

  • Cedrick Wilson Jr. Questionable Versus Baltimore

Miami Dolphins wide receiver Cedrick Wilson Jr. (toe) is questionable for Sunday's game against Baltimore. Wilson didn't practice on Wednesday but logged limited sessions on Thursday and Friday. The toe issue doesn't appear serious, so there's a good chance he'll be in uniform in Week 2. However, with Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle the primary targets for Tua Tagovailoa, Wilson's fantasy upside is severely restricted if he plays.

  • Cedrick Wilson Jr. Misses Practice Wednesday

Miami Dolphins wide receiver Cedrick Wilson Jr. (toe) didn't practice Wednesday. The former Dallas Cowboy was a new addition to the Dolphins' injury report and is now questionable for their Week 2 matchup against the Baltimore Ravens. Operating behind both Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle, not much is expected of Wilson statistically. But the fifth-year pro is a solid No. 3 wideout for Miami and would be missed as a reliable separator if he's unable to suit up on Sunday. That being said, Wilson's potential absence should only be impactful for very deep leagues.
