J.C. Jackson Arrested Monday
Los Angeles Chargers cornerback J.C. Jackson was booked at the Bristol County Jail and House of Correction in Massachusetts on Monday in relation to a non-violent family issue, according to a spokesperson. The sheriff's department didn't provide additional information on the matter. The 27-year-old defensive back was put on season-ending Injured Reserve after he suffered a serious knee injury in Week 7 against the Seattle Seahawks. Before his injury, the 2021 All-Pro had been a bust after signing a five-year, $82.5 million contract in free agency with the Bolts in the offseason. In his five games played, Jackson had just two pass breakups. It's an understatement to say Jackson's 2022 season didn't go the way the team planned, but he'll be hoping to bounce back in 2023.
