  Myles Gaskin Placed On Injured Reserve

  The Miami Dolphins placed running back Myles Gaskin (illness) on Injured Reserve on Tuesday and activated offensive lineman Liam Eichenberg (knee) off Injured Reserve in a corresponding move. Gaskin will miss the final two regular season games after missing the Week 16 game on Christmas Day against the Green Bay Packers. If the Dolphins make the playoffs, they'd have to advance to the AFC Championship for Gaskin to have a shot at returning before the season is over. The 25-year-old has been operating as RB depth behind Jeff Wilson Jr. and Raheem Mostert this year, putting him well off the fantasy radar. Gaskin has only been active in four games and has 10 carries for 26 yards while adding four catches on six targets for 28 yards through the air.

  Myles Gaskin Inactive On Sunday

  Miami Dolphins running back Myles Gaskin (illness) won't play on Sunday against the visiting Packers. With Jeff Wilson Jr. (hip) active, Gaskin wouldn't have seen much (if any) work, considering he has been a non-factor all season. At this rate, fantasy managers who still have the 25-year-old on the roster, for whatever reason, need to cut ties with him immediately.

  Myles Gaskin Sits Out Wednesday's Practice

  Miami Dolphins running back Myles Gaskin (shoulder, ankle) did not practice Wednesday. He logged a season-high 24 snaps with backfield teammate Raheem Mostert (knee) ruled out for last Sunday's game against the Houston Texans. The 25-year-old will have two more chances to practice this week to have an opportunity to suit up against the San Francisco 49ers in Week 13. The former seventh-round pick has 26 rushing yards on 10 carries over three games in 2022. Gaskin is buried on the RB depth chart behind Jeff Wilson and Mostert and is not on the fantasy radar even if he is active against the 49ers.

  Myles Gaskin Inactive, Terron Armstead Active

  Miami Dolphins running back Myles Gaskin is inactive for the Week 2 contest against the Baltimore Ravens, while left tackle Terron Armstead (toe) is active after being listed as questionable on Friday. Gaskin didn't log a single offensive snap in the Week 1 win over the New England Patriots and is now a healthy scratch in Week 2. The Dolphins will roll with Chase Edmonds, Raheem Mostert and Salvon Ahmed as their three RBs this weekend. Armstead's availability is huge for Miami's offensive line after they placed right tackle Austin Jackson (ankle) on Injured Reserve this week. Still, Miami's O-line will have their hands full with Baltimore's defense on Sunday.
