Denver Broncos running back Devine Ozigbo was elevated from the practice squad this weekend. He is officially active for Sunday's game against the Jacksonville Jaguars in London, putting him in line to serve as the Broncos' No. 3 back behind Melvin Gordon and Latavius Murray. Ozigbo last played in Week 5, rushing for two yards and playing on special teams. He's likely headed for a similar role this week.

Devine Ozigbo Active For Broncos Thursday
The Denver Broncos elevated running back Devine Ozigbo from the practice squad to the active roster for Thursday Night Football against the Indianapolis Colts, according to a source. He will play special teams and maybe more behind Melvin Gordon III and Mike Boone. Newly signed veteran Latavius Murray, who was just plucked off the New Orleans Saints practice squad this week, is inactive because of the quick turnaround into a new system. Murray is expected to make his Broncos debut in Week 6 against the division-rival Los Angeles Chargers. Javonte Williams (knee) suffered a season-ending torn ACL and LCL last week and will miss the rest of the 2022 season for the Broncos.
