49ers Activate Javon Kinlaw From Injured Reserve
The San Francisco 49ers officially activated defensive tackle Javon Kinlaw (knee) from Injured Reserve on Friday, giving an already dominant defensive line even more help heading into the postseason. Kinlaw played the first three games of the season before landing on Injured Reserve. The 25-year-old tore his ACL last season and wasn't quite ready to make his return. Hopefully, he'll be good to go for the final three regular season games and for the postseason. Kinlaw has only played 21 games (19 starts) so far in three NFL seasons, but his presence the rest of this season will surely be a boost for the Niners D. Start San Fran's defensive unit with confidence on Saturday against the Washington Commanders.

The San Francisco 49ers designated first-round defensive tackle Javon Kinlaw (knee) to return from Injured Reserve on Tuesday, opening his 21-day practice window and for the team to officially activate him from Injured Reserve. If Kinlaw looks good at practice this week, he'll have a shot to make his return in a Week 16 matchup versus the Washington Commanders on Saturday. The 25-year-old had two solo tackles in the first three games of the season before getting hurt and landing on Injured Reserve. One of the best defensive lines in football is about to get another excellent player back. Fantasy managers should continue to start San Fran's defensive unit with plenty of confidence, including this weekend against Washington.
