TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Chicago Bulls forward DeMar DeRozan (quadriceps) is questionable for Sunday's meeting with Golden State. The 33-year-old has missed his last two games with a right quad strain. However, he appears to be moving in the right direction. If DeRozan can't suit up, Patrick Williams, who had 19 points, five rebounds, one steal, and one block on Friday against OKC, is the favorite to remain in the starting lineup.
Chicago Bulls guard Zach LaVine (hand) is expected to play against the Warriors. The 27-year-old carried the same designation heading into Friday's meeting with OKC, so barring a setback, he should be out there on Sunday. LaVine has been on a roll, scoring 36 or more points in three of his last five games. He may continue to see an uptick on the scoring end if DeMar DeRozan (quadriceps) can't suit up.
Chicago Bulls guard Zach LaVine (hand) is available for Sunday's game against the Golden State Warriors. There was some concern that LaVine would miss this game as he continues to deal with a right hand contusion. The 27-year-old was able to play through the issue on Friday, so he'll do the same here. DeMar DeRozan (quad) remains sidelined, which means LaVine will have increased scoring responsibility on Sunday. Fantasy managers should check their lineups to make sure LaVine is in there for Sunday's slate.
Chicago Bulls forward DeMar DeRozan (quad) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Golden State Warriors. He'll miss his third straight contest while he deals with a strained right quad. The organization appears to be optimistic about DeRozan getting back on the court soon. In the meantime, Alex Caruso will draw another start and should be a solid streaming option for Sunday's slate. Zach LaVine (hand) has been cleared to play, so he'll carry the workload on offense.

TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Chicago Bulls forward DeMar DeRozan (quadriceps) will sit out a second consecutive game Friday versus the Thunder. The veteran star had admitted that he played through a right quadriceps problem for a bit, but he is now taking time off and it's currently unclear when DeRozan can make it make on the court. He was initially regarded as doubtful for Friday's game. The Bulls are also without Javonte Green (knee), meaning Coby White and Derrick Jones get to play much larger roles. Zach LaVine went off for 38 points Wednesday against Washington in his first game without DeRozan this season and should shine again Friday night.

TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Chicago Bulls forward DeMar DeRozan (quad) will sit out Wednesday's game against the Washington Wizards. DeRozan left last game with a quad strain and he noted he's been playing through the injury for awhile. With DeRozan out, Alex Caruso, Coby White and Derrick Jones Jr. should all see increased minutes. White has the highest upside for scoring while Caruso is more well-rounded for fantasy.
Tuesday, January 10
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Chicago Bulls forward DeMar DeRozan had to leave Monday's battle against the Celtics early due to a right quadricep strain. He was able to play for just 23 minutes and had 13 points on 6-for-9 shooting with three rebounds, three assists and one steal. DeRozan noted after the game that he had been carrying the issue for a while. The veteran star is regarded day-to-day for now. With DeRozan unavailable, Zach LaVine played massive minutes on Monday, while Alex Caruso and Coby White provided cover off the bench. LaVine has looked back to his best lately and could now go on a real tear with extra usage.
Chicago Bulls forward DeMar DeRozan (quad) is listed as questionable Wednesday against the Washington Wizards. DeRozan left Monday's game with a strain in his quadriceps and after the game, he noted he's been playing through the injury for awhile. Given this news, it's possible Chicago rests DeRozan on Wednesday which would result in extra minutes for Coby White, Alex Caruso and Derrick Jones Jr.
Monday, January 09
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Chicago Bulls guard Alex Caruso (ankle) is listed as probable for Monday's game against the Boston Celtics. The 28-year-old has missed each of the last two games due to a right ankle sprain. It appears Caruso is trending in the right direction, but fantasy managers probably won't get an official answer until closer to tip-off. Coby White, Goran Dragic and Ayo Dosunmu would all see less playing time if Caruso returns on Monday. Otherwise, White is likely to benefit the most if Caruso misses a third straight game.
Chicago Bulls guard Alex Caruso (ankle) is available for Monday's game against the Boston Celtics. The 28-year-old is ready to play after missing each of the last two games due to a right ankle sprain. The expectation is that he won't be limited and should resume his normal role in the rotation. His return will mean less playing time for Coby White, Goran Dragic, and Ayo Dosunmu. Fantasy managers probably shouldn't stream those players with Caruso back healthy.
Sunday, January 08
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Chicago Bulls guard Alex Caruso (ankle) has been ruled out for Saturday's game against the Utah Jazz. The 28-year-old will miss his second game in a row after suffering a right ankle sprain during Wednesday's contest. Coby White and Ayo Dosunmu are expected to fill the void until Caruso gets back on the court. Both players should see decent playing time and are possible streaming options for this favorable matchup.
Saturday, January 07
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Chicago Bulls forward Javonte Green (knee) is going to be sidelined at least one week, according to head coach Billy Donovan. The 29-year-old continues to deal with right knee soreness that will force him to miss the next four games. Patrick Williams stands to gain the most fantasy value with Green on the sideline. He has surprisingly been playing fairly well recently, so he could be worth rostering in the short term.
Friday, January 06
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Chicago Bulls guard Alex Caruso (ankle) is listed as questionable for Friday's game against the Philadelphia 76ers. The 28-year-old seemingly can't stay healthy after missing three games due to a shoulder sprain. Caruso returned on Wednesday before spraining his ankle early in the contest. Coby White ended up playing 28 minutes during that contest. He'd be asked to split up the playing time alongside Goran Dragic, assuming Caruso is unable to play on Friday. Between the two players, White is the much safer streaming option if Caruso is out for Friday's game.
Chicago Bulls guard Alex Caruso (ankle) has been ruled out for Friday's game against the Philadelphia 76ers. He suffered an ankle injury on Wednesday and it appears he's going to miss this game due to the same issue. His absence should mean more playing time for Coby White. He has been providing 15th-round fantasy value over the last two weeks in 9-cat leagues. White is well worth a look with Caruso on the sideline for Friday's contest.
Thursday, January 05
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Chicago Bulls forward Derrick Jones Jr. (eye) is available for Wednesday's game against the Brooklyn Nets. Jones is back in action and should serve as the backup power forward to Patrick Williams. The Bulls are still without Javonte Green (knee), which means both Jones and Williams should see increased roles. This season, Williams has been providing 14th round value in 9-cat leagues. It's tough for him to have a ton of success offensively starting alongside Zach LaVine, DeMar DeRozan, and Nikola Vucevic. That being said, Williams is far from a must-start player, but does have some streaming value right now.
Chicago Bulls guard Alex Caruso (ankle) has been ruled out for the rest of Wednesday's game against the Brooklyn Nets. The 28-year-old played three minutes before exiting due to a sprained right ankle. His absence should mean more playing time for Coby White in the rotation. White could be worth streaming in the short term, assuming Caruso misses time from this injury. Fantasy managers will have to check back later for another update on Caruso.
Wednesday, January 04
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Chicago Bulls center Andre Drummond (shoulder) is probable for Wednesday's game against the red-hot Brooklyn Nets. The 29-year-old has a sprained left shoulder, an ailment that's bothered him for most of the season. However, unless Nikola Vucevic misses time, Drummond won't offer much to fantasy managers outside of rebounds.
Chicago Bulls forward Javonte Green (knee) won't play on Wednesday evening versus the Brooklyn Nets. The 29-year-old will miss his second straight game because of a sore right knee. However, he's been in and out of the lineup for the last month or so. Nevertheless, without Green on the floor, Derrick Jones Jr., who had six points and six boards on Monday against the Cavs, would likely continue to see more action, although not enough to benefit fantasy managers.
Saturday, December 31
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Chicago Bulls point guard Lonzo Ball (knee) may not be closing in on a return to game action, but he is progressing as he recovers from knee surgery, per head coach Billy Donovan. Donovan disclosed Friday that Ball has been jumping while shooting and jogging recently, both improvements from where he stood the last time updates were given. At this stage, fantasy managers cannot bank on Ball returning at any point in 2022-23, as multiple significant hurdles remain. Without Ball, look for the group of Alex Caruso, Coby White and Ayo Dosunmu to continue holding down the point guard spot for Chicago.
Friday, December 30
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Chicago Bulls forward Patrick Williams (clavicle) is expected to play on Friday as the team officially listed him as probable. He currently is dealing with a left clavicle contusion, but it seems like it's not bothering him enough to keep him off of the court. Williams has produced some great defensive and rebounding numbers lately for fantasy managers, but outside of that, he hasn't produced much. He'll likely produce much of the same against a vulnerable Detroit Pistons team.
Chicago Bulls point guard Alex Caruso (clavicle) has been cleared to suit up for Friday's game against Detroit, stemming his absence due to a clavicle sprain at three contests. With Coby White (knee) also cleared to take the floor, Chicago will have its full allotment of backcourt options (barring Lonzo Ball) against a short-handed Pistons squad. While Caruso has started each of his last nine appearances, he has yet to score in double digits in any of those outings, capping his fantasy intrigue in all markets.
Thursday, December 29
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Chicago Bulls guard/forward Javonte Green (knee) will play Wednesday against the Milwaukee Bucks after missing the past five games. Green appears to have recovered from lingering knee soreness, but will be on a minutes restriction in his return. Green has only been playing about 16 minutes per game this season and may not even hit that mark on Wednesday. Once Green is up to speed, Coby White may see a small decrease in minutes.
Wednesday, December 28
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Chicago Bulls guard Alex Caruso (concussion/shoulder) will not play Wednesday against the Milwaukee Bucks. Caruso will miss his third straight game despite clearing the concussion protocol as he also deals with a shoulder sprain. Ayo Dosunmu figures to continue starting while Coby White sees a good chunk of minutes off the bench. Dosunmu has not lead up to expectations this year, but remains a decent source of assists and steals while in a starting role.
Monday, December 26
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Chicago Bulls forward Javonte Green (knee) is considered questionable for Monday's game against the Houston Rockets. The 29-year-old is set to miss another game due to right knee soreness. His absence would mean Patrick Williams would remain in the starting lineup for at least one more game. The increased playing time has helped his fantasy value, but fantasy managers shouldn't expect it to last. His playing time is likely to take a hit once Green is back to full speed.
Thursday, December 22
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Chicago Bulls guard Alex Caruso (shoulder) won't return to Wednesday's matchup against Atlanta. The 28-year-old was entering this contest on the injury report for another ailment, a right elbow sprain, so it's possible he'll miss some time moving ahead. He'd finish with five points and a steal in 10 minutes of work, so he didn't really get anything going for fantasy managers. In the meantime, Ayo Dosunmu and Coby White should absorb most of the minutes resulting from Caruso's premature departure.
Wednesday, December 21
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Chicago Bulls point guard Alex Caruso (elbow) has been listed as questionable to play in Wednesday's game vs. Atlanta due to a sprained right elbow. Caruso has started eight of Chicago's last nine contests but has yet to score in double figures in any of those outings, topping five field-goal attempts just once. An absence from Caruso would pave the way for Ayo Dosunmu and Coby White to garner added backcourt minutes and Zach LaVine and DeMar DeRozan to take on expanded ballhandling duties. While Caruso has been a key contributor for the Bulls, he remains on the periphery of fantasy relevance at just 5.3 PPG.
Sunday, December 18
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Chicago Bulls forward Javonte Green (knee) has been downgraded to questionable for Sunday's game against the Minnesota Timberwolves. This is a shame because Green was listed as probable heading into this contest. Clearly, Green is still being bothered by his right knee soreness, which could lead him to miss this game. Patrick Williams would likely benefit the most in the absence of Green. He hasn't been too sharp this season, but is worth a look as a streaming choice in deep leagues.
Friday, December 16
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Chicago Bulls point guard Ayo Dosunmu (pelvis) has been listed as questionable to suit up for Friday's contest against the Knicks due to a pelvic contusion that he sustained last weekend. Dosunmu was held out of the first meeting with New York on Wednesday due to the ailment, with Coby White, Goran Dragic and Alex Caruso all in the mix to garner additional run. Dosunmu had been a fixture of the Bulls' starting five over the season's first month-plus, averaging 10.2 points per game while shooting 51.7 percent overall. The second-year guard has found himself on the verge of season-long roster consideration in medium-sized or larger formats, although he'll need a clean bill of health before managers can feel confident deploying him on a nightly basis.
Wednesday, December 14
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Chicago Bulls guard Alex Caruso (back) is listed as probable for Wednesday's meeting with the New York Knicks. Caruso exited Sunday's game against Dallas after only six minutes of work while missing Monday's contest in Atlanta. That said, the 28-year-old has averaged only 5.2 points and 3.8 assists in 25.3 minutes this season, so he has offered little to fantasy managers. However, considering he has averaged 1.5 steals, he should at least offer something for category participants, assuming he definitely suits up.
Chicago Bulls guard Alex Caruso (back) is available for Wednesday's meeting with the Knicks. The 28-year-old played only six minutes in Sunday's game against the Mavericks and didn't suit up on Monday in Atlanta. Caruso has averaged only 5.2 points and 3.8 assists in 25.3 minutes in 2022-23. However, he's also averaged 1.5 steals, so category managers in need could benefit from his skills on the defensive end.
Monday, December 12
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Chicago Bulls guard Ayo Dosunmu left Sunday's 123-122 overtime loss against Atlanta with an abdominal contusion. He took a hard fall in the second quarter and ended up logging only 14 minutes. The 22-year-old managed to post two points in limited playing time with two rebounds, three assists and one steal. Javonte Green, who returned from a knee problem, started the second half in Dosunmu's place. He didn't have much of an impact, though, and even committed more turnovers (4) than he had points (2) in 14 minutes. With Alex Caruso (back), Coby White entered the frame and had one of his best efforts of the season with 12 points, six rebounds, four assists and one steal in 31 minutes. He could become an intriguing pickup for fantasy managers if Dosunmu and Caruso remain out for the next game.
Sunday, December 11
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Chicago Bulls forward Javonte Green (knee) has been ruled out for Saturday's game against the Dallas Mavericks. The 29-year-old was able to practice on Friday, but sadly it wasn't enough for Green to suit up here. Patrick Williams will remain in the starting five for at least one more game. Head coach Billy Donovan made it known that Green is going to be the starter once he's back to full speed. Williams will have some low-end streaming appeal while he's playing with the starting unit.
Chicago Bulls guard Alex Caruso played for only six minutes in Saturday's blowout win over Dallas, exiting with a lower back contusion, and head coach Billy Donovan has ruled him out for Sunday's meeting with Atlanta. Caruso was making his fourth consecutive start Saturday, but he will now have to sit out at least one game. With him missing, Ayo Dosunmu should be heading back to the starting unit. The 22-year-old had a nice 17-point night against the Mavericks, adding four rebounds, a pair of assists and one steal. He's not done too great as a starter this season, so Dosunmu is not really somebody fantasy managers should rush to grab.
Chicago Bulls forward Javonte Green (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Atlanta Hawks. He was able to practice on Friday, but ended up sitting out on Saturday. When healthy, Green is expected to start, so Patrick Williams will likely head to the second unit soon. Williams hasn't done a great job this season anyway, so a move to the bench isn't really going to change his fantasy value by much. Fantasy managers will have to check back closer to game time for another update on Green.
Friday, December 09
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Chicago Bulls forward Javonte Green (knee) was able to get through a full practice on Friday. The organization is hopeful that Green will be able to return for Saturday's game against the Dallas Mavericks. The 29-year-old has missed each of the last two games due to right knee soreness. Before that, Green was in the starting five, but possibly head coach Billy Donovan will elect to keep Patrick Williams in there now. Fantasy managers will have to check back and see what happens on Saturday.
Thursday, December 08
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Chicago Bulls guard Alex Caruso (ankle) is available for Wednesday's game against the Washington Wizards. He continues to appear on the injury report with a right ankle sprain, but hasn't missed any time because of it. That being said, it sounds like Caruso will tough it out and play his normal role in the starting five on Wednesday. Ayo Dosunmu and Goran Dragic will continue with their normal roles off the bench with Caruso healthy on Wednesday.
Chicago Bulls forward Javonte Green (knee) has been ruled out for Wednesday's game against the Washington Wizards. The 29-year-old will miss at least one more game due to lingering right knee soreness. His absence should mean another start for Patrick Williams, but fantasy managers shouldn't get too comfortable with that. Head coach Billy Donovan mentioned that Green is likely to be the starting power forward once he's healthy. Possibly, Williams will have better value off the bench, but it sounds like Green should see an uptick in value once he's able to play.
Wednesday, December 07
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Chicago Bulls guard Alex Caruso (ankle) is regarded as questionable for Wednesday's tilt against Washington. He continues to be on the injury report with a right ankle sprain, but Caruso hasn't yet sat out any action so far this season. The 28-year-old moved to the starting unit recently, but he has struggled to have an impact and even ended up with zero points in 30 minutes in Sunday's 110-101 loss to the Kings. Ayo Dosunmu looks to rejoin the starters if Caruso sits out Wednesday, and Goran Dragic and Coby White will have an opportunity to log extra minutes.
Chicago Bulls guard/forward Javonte Green (knee) is listed as doubtful for Wednesday's game against the Wizards. He already missed Sunday's visit to Sacramento with right knee soreness, and things aren't looking great regarding Green's availability for Wednesday's matchup. The situation has been really unfortunate for Green, as he just made his first start of the campaign last week before the injury hit. The 29-year-old had a solid 13-point, four-rebound showing as a starter against the Warriors. If he remains unavailable Wednesday, Patrick Williams looks set to jump back into the starting lineup and Derrick Jones Jr. should get some extra minutes to impress.
Sunday, December 04
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Chicago Bulls guard Alex Caruso (ankle) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Sacramento Kings. He was listed as probable on Saturday, but it appears things have changed. His absence would likely result in Ayo Dosunmu moving into the starting five. A move to the starting unit would boost Dosunmu's value, but it's still not overly great. Zach LaVine and DeMar DeRozan are the ones taking the most shots in Chicago right now.
Saturday, December 03
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Chicago Bulls guard Alex Caruso (ankle) is considered probable for Friday's matchup against Golden State. He continues to pop up on the injury report with a right ankle sprain, but it's not kept him out of the lineup yet and it appears like that won't be the case on Friday either. Caruso is a man of many crafts and he averages over 25 minutes a night, which helps him to pick up all kinds of stats. He typically doesn't score a lot, with his season average standing at 5.8 points per game, but Caruso has improved his offensive production lately and he even notched a season-high 14 points in his last outing. Bench scoring will be vital against a side like the Warriors, who can run up the score in a hurry.
Thursday, December 01
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Chicago Bulls guards Alex Caruso (ankle) and Ayo Dosunmu (knee) will suit up for Wednesday's game against the Phoenix Suns. Caruso has been battling through foot and ankle issues recently, but will play through the pain here. The expectation is that he'll have his normal role in the rotation. He'll be a decent streaming option in deep leagues. Dosunmu's return should mean that Coby White returns to his normal role and won't see a boost anymore.
Monday, November 14
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Chicago Bulls guard Coby White is expected to be on the trade block this season. There are rumblings that the 22-year-old guard could be moved prior to February's trade deadline. This shouldn't come as a shock since White's production has taken a hit over the last few seasons. When healthy, White isn't producing the same and the Bulls have more reliable options right now. Ayo Dosunmu and Alex Caruso have stepped up and played well, which could mean the Bulls are considering moving White. At this point, White is extra depth and could be worth something decent on the trade market. Possibly, White would have better fantasy value elsewhere, but that remains to be seen.
Wednesday, November 09
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Chicago Bulls center Andre Drummond (shoulder) is listed as questionable Wednesday against the New Orleans Pelicans. Drummond has missed the past six games but has a chance to play Wednesday while he recovers from a shoulder sprain. Nikola Vucevic has been playing the bulk of the center minutes while Drummond sits, and he should continue to do so if Drummond is unavailable. If active, Drummond is a good source of rebounds, averaging 10.2 rebounds in just under 17 minutes per game.
Tuesday, November 08
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Chicago Bulls guard Zach LaVine (knee) will play on Monday night against Toronto. Lavine didn't play on Sunday during the first game of consecutive meetings with Toronto to rest his left knee. Fantasy managers should expect him to be out there for a full workload, so he should be starting. Alex Caruso will head back to the bench but still makes a fine option in deeper formats.
Wednesday, November 02
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Chicago Bulls guard Zach LaVine (knee) has been tagged as questionable for Wednesday night. The injury management for LaVine's knee will probably be ongoing for most of the season. Fantasy managers will need something to battle headaches since they'll have to constantly check the injury report to see if he ends up playing or not. This is also interesting because he's supposed to sit the second half of a back-to-back. If he doesn't play, Alex Caruso and Ayo Dosunmu should see an increase in minutes and value.
Chicago Bulls guard Coby White (quad) has officially been listed as questionable for Wednesday's game. With, Zach LaVine also tagged as questionable for this game, White could see some more time if he does end up playing and LaVine doesn't. That being said, he's only scored in the double digits in three of his seven games and has been shooting below 40% from the floor this season. There are better options out there and he's not even that great of an asset in deep leagues either.
Tuesday, November 01
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Chicago Bulls guards Ayo Dosunmu (chest) and Coby White (quad) are both questionable to play Tuesday against the Brooklyn Nets. Dosunmu missed last game and lead to a spot start from Alex Caruso while White played about 21 minutes off the bench. If both are unable to go, Caruso should remain in the starting lineup and Goran Dragic should see an increased role off the bench.
Chicago Bulls guard Zach LaVine (knee) is questionable to play against the Brooklyn Nets Tuesday. The Bulls are entering the first half of a back-to-back set which is likely the reason for the questionable tag. LaVine has yet to play in a back-to-back this season and could very well get a rest day Tuesday. With Ayo Dosunmu (chest) and Coby White (quad) questionable as well, the Bulls could turn to Goran Dragic, Javonte Green and Derrick Jones Jr. to see extended run on Tuesday.
Chicago Bulls guard Zach LaVine (knee) is listed as available to play against the Brooklyn Nets Tuesday. LaVine was questionable with his nagging knee injury as this is the first of a back-to-back set, but will give it a go against Brooklyn. LaVine should be considered questionable for the next game as he has not played both legs of a back-to-back set so far this season. If LaVine is hampered by any lingering pain or injury, Javonte Green and Alex Caruso should pick up extra minutes.
Chicago Bulls guard Coby White (quad) has been ruled out for Tuesday's game with the Brooklyn Nets. White took a knee to his quad when playing against the Philadelphia 76ers and his quad ended up having some swelling, which lead to him being ruled out. White himself said he wants to play Wednesday, but is targeting Friday as a "good goal" to return by. With White out Tuesday, Goran Dragic and Javonte Green will likely see extra minutes off the bench.
Chicago Bulls guard Ayo Dosunmu (chest) will play Tuesday against the Brooklyn Nets. Dosunmu will end up only missing one game with his ailment as he makes his way back into the starting lineup for Tuesday's contest. Alex Caruso started in Dosunmu's absence, but with Chicago's backcourt healthy, Caruso will likely move back to the bench.
The Chicago Bulls will be without center Andre Drummond (shoulder) Tuesday against the Brooklyn Nets as he recovers from a shoulder sprain. Drummond was unable to practice Monday and underwent an MRI, but there was no structural damage. Unfortunately, Drummond is still having "range of motion issues" which sounds like he could be out for the near future. Nikola Vucevic will continue to command the vast majority of the center minutes. Vucevic recorded 23 points and 19 rebounds in 36 minutes on Saturday while Drummond sat out.
Saturday, October 29
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Chicago Bulls guard Zach LaVine (knee) won't play on Friday against San Antonio. With Chicago playing its first of back-to-back games, LaVine will get a night off to rest and likely return for Saturday's meeting with the Philadelphia 76ers. As a result, Alex Caruso will take his place, with the 28-year-old averaging 4.5 points, 4.0 rebounds, 2.5 assists, and a whopping 2.5 steals in his two appearances in the starting lineup this season. However, DeMar DeRozan and Nikola Vucevic should do most of the heavy lifting on the offensive end.
Chicago Bulls guard Zach LaVine (knee) will play in Saturday's game against the Philadelphia 76ers. The 27-year-old sat out the first game of the back-to-back set, so fantasy managers expected him to return here. This is good timing with Ayo Dosunmu (chest) sidelined for this game. LaVine should do a majority of the ball handling in this game, which should increase his fantasy value. Alex Caruso and Coby White would normally see less minutes with LaVine returning. However, they should have significant roles with Dosunmu hitting the sideline. Fantasy managers should make sure to get LaVine back in their lineups for this one.
Chicago Bulls guard Ayo Dosunmu (chest) has been ruled out for Saturday's game against the Philadelphia 76ers. The 22-year-old has been cleared of a concussion after Friday's game. However, it appears he is still dealing with a chest contusion from the incident during Friday's contest. Hopefully, this is only a one game absence and Dosunmu can return after Saturday's game. In the meantime, Coby White and Alex Caruso will both significantly benefit with almost 30 minutes up for grabs. Both players should worth a look for Saturday's slate.
Thursday, October 27
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Chicago Bulls guard Lonzo Ball (knee) remains without a timetable after having surgery in September. Head coach Billy Donovan hasn't given many updates on Ball, but said that Ball is progressing. The organization is expected to re-evaluate Ball within the next few weeks. The fact the team continues to be vague about Ball's status means he probably isn't close to returning. He's worth stashing in fantasy leagues where there is an open IR spot available. However, it doesn't sound like the 25-year-old is going to take the court anytime soon.
Monday, October 24
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Chicago Bulls guard Alex Caruso (hamstring) will be available for Monday's game against the Boston Celtics. He was listed as probable, so it sounds like this was only a minor hamstring issue. The expectation is that Caruso won't be limited for this game. However, he's more of a deep league asset than anything else at the moment. Although, Caruso could carve out a bigger role for himself down the road.
Thursday, October 20
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Chicago Bulls guard Zach LaVine (knee) is officially tagged as out for Friday night. He missed the team's season-opener as well due to injury management with his knee. As of right now, he's reportedly supposed to make his season debut on Saturday when the Bulls face the Cleveland Cavaliers. His knee has proven to be an issue throughout his career so far. Fantasy managers should keep tabs on his injury status going into the Saturday game. When he does play, he's sure to return star-level value as long as he's not restricted in any way.
Wednesday, October 19
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Chicago Bulls guard Zach LaVine (knee) is currently listed as questionable for Wednesday's season opener against the Miami Heat. The 27-year-old continues to work his way back from arthroscopic knee surgery back in May. The expectation was that LaVine wouldn't be restricted to begin the season. However, the Bulls are going to be extremely cautious with LaVine. His absence would mean a significant boost in usage for DeMar DeRozan. Also, Coby White and Ayo Dosunmu would see more run on Wednesday. Fantasy managers will have to check back for another update on Wednesday.
Chicago Bulls guard Alex Caruso (calf) is expected to play on Wednesday versus the Miami Heat. Lonzo Ball (knee) is already out, and Zach LaVine (knee) is questionable, so Caruso may see even more minutes than anticipated. The 28-year-old was productive last season despite playing in only 41 games due to injury, averaging 7.4 points, 3.6 rebounds, and 1.7 steals. His shooting numbers aren't the best, and he's also not the most proficient scorer. Yet, for the category managers looking for steals, Caruso is your guy.
Chicago Bulls guard Zach LaVine (knee) won't play on Wednesday night against the Miami Heat. LaVine is out for "left knee management," although it's unknown if he'll miss any more games moving ahead. With Alex Caruso (calf) available, he will likely slide into the starting lineup. The 28-year-old averaged 5.7 points, 4.4 assists, and 1.2 steals in 18 starts last season, so he'll certainly be a risky option for fantasy managers. With that said, DeMar DeRozan should be featured even more offensively, while guys like Ayo Dosunmu and Patrick Williams could thrive.
Chicago Bulls guard Alex Caruso (calf) will play during the season-opener against Miami. He was trending in that direction all along, so his availability isn't a surprise. With Zach LaVine (knee) out, Caruso will likely enter the starting lineup, where he averaged 5.7 points, 4.4 assists, and 1.2 steals in 18 starts in 2021-22. He's a risky fantasy option, although his ability on the defensive end may come in handy for category participants.
Tuesday, September 27
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Chicago Bulls guard Zach LaVine (knee) is not expected to have any restrictions heading into the season. This is great news after LaVine underwent surgery in May to repair his left knee issue. It sounds like LaVine is going to be fully healthy heading into the season, which is great to hear. He'll likely see an increased role as the ball handler with Lonzo Ball (knee) uncertain for the season opener. LaVine has been bothered by lingering knee issues for a long time, so hopefully he can finally put it all behind him. He'll be a strong fantasy option on a nightly basis, assuming he can stay on the court.

Chicago Bulls guard Lonzo Ball (knee) continues to deal with "lingering pain and soreness" in his left knee. The 24-year-old tore his meniscus last season, resulting in surgery back in January. It was a tough blow for the team, primarily since Ball had been averaging 13.0 points, 5.8 assists, 5.4 rebounds, and 1.2 steals before going down. Even more impressive, he was shooting a career-high 42.3% from deep. Unfortunately, Ball is expected to miss training camp. He's also doubtful to be ready for the start of the 2022-23 campaign, opening the door for Goran Dragic, Alex Caruso, Ayo Dosunmu, and Coby White to potentially earn additional minutes out of the gate.
